"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

Then he came when he said he would and was very cooperative with other contractors on the site. We agreed on the boundary lines for the driveway, he marked them and then followed them exactly!! Then he billed my for less than his estimate because it "didn't require as much materials" which I never would have known. "Nixon and his family business are amazing! We hired them for a stairwell painting job with some electrical work and their attention to detail and professionalism was wonderful. They also made sure to use high quality paint and materials to ensure longevity. While painting, we had an issue with our washer and dryer and asked Nixon to help. It ended up being a huge repair that we may have had to wait weeks to get help for. Nixon stepped right up to tackle this job that was way beyond the original scope and again made sure to do it properly with wonderful details like giving extra space for a shelf and other opportunities we wouldnâ t have noticed without him. "Very professional and fixed the cracks in the garage the best that I can tell. Expensive fix but well worth going with the carbon fiber, you get a 15 year transferable warranty with it. Only deducted half star because they didn't show up on a modified scheduled date."
